Trojan Boosters Endowment
The Trojan Boosters Endowment became a reality on April 4, 1988, when Dwight Ragsdale and then-Trevecca President Homer Adams signed the papers forming the endowment.
The first goal was $100,000 to be reached by July 1, 1999, after which the interest would be awarded as athletic scholarships; however, that goal was reached on February 1, 1997, (2.5 years early).

Circle the date on your calendar now! The 16th Trojan Boosters Endowment Golf Scramble will be on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at Montgomery Bell State Park to raise funds for athletic scholarship at Trevecca Nazarene University.

21ST ANNUAL TREVECCA GOLF CLASSIC
Thursday & Friday, May 22-23, 2008
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The 2008 Trevecca Golf Classic (otherwise known and the Trevecca Masters) will be held on May 22-23, 2008, the 21st time for this annual scholarship fund raiser. This year's event will feature a 8 a.m. shotgun start both days and a 18-hole (formerly 9-hole) scramble on Thursday afternoon.
Held annually on the Thursday and Friday prior to the Memorial Day weekend each year, this event involves nearly 100 golfers who are alumni, friends of Trevecca, pastors, Trevecca employees, coaches, or faculty of Trevecca.
The golfers regularly enjoy great late May weather, a challenging golf course, great fellowship, a wonderful banquet dinner, plenty of door prizes, and a final lunch on Friday.
The tournament is flighted (Open 6, Senior 3, Super Senior 3, Women's) and all golfers are welcome. The athletic department sponsors a 18-hole scramble on Thursday afternoon.
Fees include two rounds of golf, range balls, Thursday dinner and Friday lunch. There are 40 sponsorships available as well. A significant portion of all green fees and hole sponsorships go to student endowed scholarships. Thousands of dollars are going to worthy scholarship recipients annual as a result of this tournament. In addition to scholarship dollars, wonderful memories are created each year.
