Savannah, GA. - The NAIA No. 4 Trevecca Lady Trojans (12-0, 6-0) came away from Tuesday's double-header at the Savannah State University Tigers (NCAA Division I) with a pair of big wins.
In game one, Trevecca's Shelby Mashburn (1-0) blanked the Tigers in her first start of the season with an impressive two hit, eight strikeout performance in five innings. The Lady Trojans were equally impressive on offense by posting their fifth game scoring ten runs or more. Senior Captain Brittiany Johnson led the offensive by going 2 for 3 with a double and four RBI.
